SHIPPING POLICY

Estimated shipping delivery times

Please allow up 3-5 days for order processing including orders requesting overnight shipping.
USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at support@ohioonhigh.com noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Please, before returning any items, first you MUST email us at support@ohioonhigh.com for further instructions. Items sent to our Distribution Center before reaching out to our Support Center will not be refunded or replaced.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it and accompanied by the original packaging. Please include receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Original shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable. Refund time will depend on your card issuer’s policies.

Wrong Sizes and Exchanges

We are unable to accommodate any exchanges but you can return your item and place a new order. You will receive a refund once we have your item. We’re doing the best we can to avoid any incorrect sizing issues by adding the garment size specifications to each product. Click here for more sizing information. If the size stated on the garment doesn’t match the size stated on the sizing chart, though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, get in touch with us within a week’s time! Please include photos of the damaged product. Our customer support will be able to get back to you quicker when you attach these photos .
